Pašman Island

The islanders mainly engage in agriculture and fishing but have recently developed a rich tourist offer for Pašman.

 

Situated in Zadar archipelago, Pašman island is surrounded by the cleanest sea in the Adriatic, thanks to the sea current that changes its direction every six hours. It is separated from the mainland by the Pašman Channel, Pašman is connected to Ugljan via a bridge in the Ždrelac Pass, and many ferry lines connect it with Zadar and Biograd.

Kraj

Located on the southeastern part of the island of Pašman, Kraj stretches across two beautiful sandy beaches. With a view of the Pašman Channel and the islands of Mali and Veliki Dužac, the village offers a tour of the old center inhabited with traditional stone houses and the Franciscan monastery of St. Domnius with a church and museum from the 14th century.

 

Kraj is a place where one can experience the authentic way of life of the Dalmatian islands and their locals, and as such, provides the environment needed for holiday relaxation.
